Delivery
Flush Golf is based in the UK and ships orders to customers worldwide. We use Royal Mail for fully trackable shipments. Delivery within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days, while international delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
- UK Mainland Orders under £75 = £3.95
- UK Mainland Orders over £75 = Free Shipping
For international deliveries, the exact shipping costs to your country will be calculated during checkout.
Returns
If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we’re here to help!
All UK and international orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.
To qualify for a full refund (excluding a £4.95 shipping fee), items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
How to initiate a return:
- Log in to our online return portal at https://www.flush.golf/a/returns using your email address and order ID.
- Select the products you wish to return.
- Print the prepaid shipping label you receive by email.
- Send the items back to us using the provided label.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 2–5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a notification via email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to become available.
Please retain the receipt or proof of postage, as this will be required to resolve any issues with your return. We will not be able to process a refund if there is a query about your return and no proof of postage is provided.
